Chef Ken Zeller, owner and operator of Caroline's in Denton was nominated as Chef of the Year in the Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM) Awards. He and his crew attended the Gala on April 19.
Staff and family celebrated the nomination, and although Chef did not win (the honor went to Bryan Boessel, One Eleven Main, in Belair, reports are that Zeller welcomed Boessel to celebrate, as one will do when representing Caroline County!
