On July 30, at 4:34 am, Kevin R. Coulbourne snapped two photos of the full moon over the Choptank.
In one of the photos, it appears as though the moonlight has lit the sky and casting shadows.
In the other photo, with outdoor lights shining near the camera, the full moon is ablaze against a black sky.
Kevin said in a Facebook post for the first photo "...my IPhone was in night mode which basically makes the picture more bright by drawing in any light."
Which reality was captured? The full moon over the water, the full moon with ambient light nearby, or the photo where technology attempted to "help?"
