About His Hope Haven

His Hope Haven is a nonprofit humanitarian ministry. They provide essential human resources such as shelter, food, hygiene products, clothing, life skills training and more to families experiencing a housing crisis.

Each year His Hope Haven serves over 16,000 nutritious meals. September through May, the shelter houses up to 50 people nightly made up of moms, dads, grandparents, and children (52% children, 48% adults – 55% female and 45% male).

His Hope Haven is located in Denton, and serves Eastern Shore counties and a couple of connecting Delaware counties.
Reducing homelessness and enabling families to live in safe, secure, and healthy stable housing environments is His Hope Haven’s objective. They accomplish this by connecting everyone that enters any of their programs with one of their Family Navigators/Case Managers to immediately start a client directed approach aligning goals to promote a robust pathway to self-sufficiency. Their Family Navigators/Case Managers help families identify and acquire the right mix of resources to assist them in successfully moving beyond their crisis situation of being homeless or the threat of becoming homeless.

His Hope Haven always welcomes monetary and non-perishable donations, as well as volunteers. If you are interested in donating, email his.hope.haven@gmail.com.
