Tech forward photo experience

Andrea Holly makes instant memories

Posted

EASTON - Andrea Holly has big plans for Fotoberry, a service that provides event experiences for her clients.

To learn about her service, I tried it for myself. In her office, a large ring light sits in the corner near the door. A stand with multiple screens built in displays the Caroline Review logo for the demonstration. The top screen has a scrolling image and touching it gives the opportunity to take a photo.

This is no ordinary photo booth.

Holly enters my cell phone number on the screen after we take a snapshot in front of it. A few seconds later I have a link in my text messages to download the photo we just took.

Guests at events are afforded this option just for being at the event. The client purchases the photo package, sometimes even including a digital wrap to frame the photos. Technology then makes it possible for the event guest to have the gift of a memory to take with them.

Holly has been focusing on weddings and other personal events for the majority of Fotoberry’s existence. With multiple options for adding to an event experience, she hopes to partner with more corporate and non-profit clients in the future.

The largest of her photo experience devices is over 300 pounds and is installed in a massive mirror. It has a myriad of options which can be seen on the website, www.fotoberry.net

The smallest photo experience device Fotoberry offers is also a mirror surrounded by a ring light, but this time it is small enough to hang over the bathroom sink in the water closet at your grandma’s house.

Whatever the space you have available at your event, Fotoberry has an option that will enhance the joy your guests take with them. You can contact Andrea Holly through the website, or call (410) 829-3013 for more information.
