Russel Michael "Rusty" Dadds, 48, of Frederica, Delaware, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 13, 2025.
Born on February 25, 1977, in Easton, Maryland, Rusty was the beloved son of Richard Neil Dadds and the late Dorothy (Saunders) Dadds. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and golfing. A skilled woodworker, he especially cherished the time spent in the shop working alongside his father. Rusty also had a lifelong passion for cars—he loved working on them and was an avid NASCAR fan. Dale Earnhardt Jr. was his favorite driver.
Rusty is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Saunders Dadds and Grandparents.
He is survived by his father, Neil Dadds of Ridgely, MD; his brother, Tommy Dadds (Crystal) of Henderson, MD; and his beloved daughter, Riely Bernice Dadds of Hurlock, MD, who was the light of his life. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and his cherished cat, Maggie.
Rusty will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
