Patty Brelia, 70 of Greensboro, MD, passed away on March 20, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Patty was born on November 23, 1954, to William and Betty Pippin in Greensboro, MD, where she spent her entire life. A proud graduate of North Caroline High School in 1972, Patty pursued clerical positions with Tri-Gas and Oil, as well as Grays Gas, and also worked for Corsica River Mental Health. A devoted Harry Potter enthusiast, she cherished traveling with her daughter, Lauren, to the Universal Studios Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Additionally, she loved vacationing in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
In addition to her parents Patty is preceded in death by her brother Ronald Pippin.
Patty is survived by her husband Peter H. Brelia II of Greensboro, a daughter, Lauren Ann Brelia of Greensboro. She leaves a legacy behind with many nieces and nephews; Tina Shulties. Jeff Pippin, Margaret (Meg) and Vincent Haass, Andrew Brelia, Hartwell and William Alderson, Jessica Brelia, Jacey Brelia, Amber Heasley, Wyatt and Sydney Weakland.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home in Greensboro, MD, from 12 PM to 1 PM, followed by a service at 1 PM. After the service, interment will take place at Greensboro Cemetery.
