OXFORD – Our esteemed photographer Mickey Pullen ventured outside of Caroline County on Saturday, October 17, to capture some fall festivities at the Oxford Community Center. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to vote for their favorite decorated scarecrow, enjoy some tasty treats from local vendors, and learn more about various community resources like the Oxford Library, local radio station WCHP 91.7, the Oxford Fire Company Auxiliary, Friends of the Cooperative Oxford Laboratory, and more!
