Anne Callahan
Anne serves as an Executive & Development/Grants Assistant, providing high‑level administrative support to the Executive Director while supporting donor stewardship and the management of foundation and government grants. She initially joined MHB as a contractor focused on grant management before transitioning into a full‑time role. Anne is excited to be part of the MHB team and contribute to the organization’s important mission.
Prior to MHB, Anne served for many years as the Executive Assistant to the President at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington, D.C. She brings more than 30 years of professional experience in administrative roles across nonprofit, human and social services, and educational organizations.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration. She is originally from Saratoga Springs, NY. Anne and her husband enjoy living in Easton and exploring everything the Eastern Shore has to offer. Their two grown children live in the New York City area, and they share their home with a beloved two‑year‑old yellow Labrador adopted from a service training program in Virginia.
