Judith Ann Briggs, age 79, of Greensboro, MD, traded in her gardening gloves for wings on May 1, 2026.
Judi is survived by her husband, Thomas Briggs Sr; son Kevin Dove (Sharon), stepsons Tom Briggs (Helen), Timmy Briggs, and Jimmy Briggs. Grand children Jessica Dove (Nick), Kelly Buchanan (Jonathan), Zachary Dove (Roxanna), Ryan Dove, Beatrice and Harry Briggs, and Brandon Briggs. Great grandchildren Drake and Avery Buchanan; and her beloved dog Maggie Mae.
She was preceded in death by her parents Rachel Mae Payne and Isaac Sanders Martin; her brother Tommy Martin and her two four-legged companions Sunny and Heidi.
Judi retired from Food Lion and then worked part-time in the Caroline County Public Schools cafeteria for a few years before fully retiring. She enjoyed going on motorcycle rides, going to Thurmont to pick apples, attending to her flower beds, but most of all spending time with her loving family.

A celebration of life will be held on a later date.
