Jacqueline Christopher

Jacqueline "Jackie" Christopher, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on August 2, 1952 in Maryland, Jackie she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Anne Morris Short.

She was a lifelong resident of Preston, later relocating to Easton, where she created a warm and nurturing home filled with love and laughter.

Jackie is survived by her two devoted sons, Matthew Christopher and Daniel Christopher, who cherish the countless memories they created together. She also leaves behind her seven adoring grandchildren: Mandy, Abbey, Cameron, Rowan, Ainsley, Parker and Edie; and one great-grandchild, Elio, all of whom were the light of her life. She also leaves behind her brothers Ken and Steve to will remember her fondly. Jackie's deep love for her family was evident in everything she did, and she took immense joy in their accomplishments and milestones.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband Richard "Dickie" Christopher.

In her leisure time, Jackie found solace in reading and often delighted in the simple pleasure of sitting by the pool, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the laughter of her family nearby. Her nurturing spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 11:00 at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Family will receive friends beginning at 10:00. In this time of remembrance, we invite all who knew her to share in the love and light that she brought to the world.
