Caroline County Commissioner Candidates' Forum rules

FORUM RULES:

• The candidates are not required to attend.

• Civility and decorum are strongly encouraged; please be respectful of the attendees and candidates.

• The forum is not a political debate among the candidates, or the candidates and the audience.

• No foul language. Cursing, slurs, insults, personal attacks, and similar communication as determined by the Moderator will not be tolerated and will result in removal of the violator.

• No candidate or audience interruptions during the dedicated time for round robin questions or written questions will be tolerated.

• The Moderator will manage time and use of time by candidates and audience members, work toward maintaining civility and decorum, and ensure that the process serves everyone collectively.

• The Moderator reserves the privilege to close the Forum at any time.
