RIDGELY – Benedictine’s leadership team has recently added three new members – Caroline Bauerle, Chief Advancement Officer, Alex Davis, Vice President of Human Resources, and Travis Goldman, Vice President of Adult Services.
Caroline Bauerle has been with Benedictine for nearly four years and previously served as the Director of Development. She is now responsible for Fundraising, Communications, and Marketing. She most enjoys working with people to make a lasting and transformative impact in their communities. Caroline shared "I'm honored to lead the Advancement Team at Benedictine. Our dedicated staff does such important work, and I look forward to sharing the stories of the children and adults living with developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism with our communities. Small miracles happen every day here!”
Alex Davis brings with him over 10 years of progressive HR experience and holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in HR Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science — both from Wilmington University. Alex was drawn to Benedictine because of its mission-centered approach to serving others. Alex stated, “From the moment I first learned about the organization, I felt a deep alignment between Benedictine’s values and my own, both personally and professionally. As someone who believes strongly in servant leadership, I was inspired by the opportunity to contribute to a place where the work truly makes a difference in people’s lives. That sense of purpose, along with the welcoming culture and passionate team, made it an easy decision to join.”
Travis Goldman joins Benedictine as the Vice President of Adult Services after a nearly 30-year career committed to supporting people with intellectual and other disabilities. Most recently, he worked as the Director of Residential and Personal Support Services at a large provider in Silver Spring, Maryland. “I hope that I can use my skills at organizational change and building relationships to achieve several things within Adult Services and Benedictine at large. Adult Services are advancing at an incredible pace—both in Maryland and beyond. I want to poise Benedictine for the future and help transition to new services and service models that meet the demands of the present and future," commented Travis.
